Office/Showroom Sales & Marketing Representative

SilviaFindings, USA is a small business based in Seattle, WA. We sell high quality sterling silver and gold findings to jewelry artisans – wholesale and retail. We also offer a complete range of custom-made jewelry services, from design assistance through to production. We exhibit and sell our products at trade shows as well as online through our DIY Jewelry and Custom-Made Jewelry websites, and social media platforms.

At SilviaFindings, USA, we attribute much of our success to the strength of our customer service, sales, and marketing activities. We are looking for a results-driven individual to oversee the overall daily sales operations and marketing activities of our office/showroom in Seattle.  The individual will contribute to existing sales and marketing activities, while liaising with our Canadian-based team in the development of new initiatives aligned with our company goals. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of sales, marketing, and customer service functions, including online and offline sales, communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media. The candidate must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse activities at once and meet tight deadlines.

Main Tasks

The Office/Showroom Sales & Marketing Representative tasks focus on the following main areas:

Sales & Customer Service

  • Processing and shipping online and offline orders including following up on online orders
  • Ensuring high level of customers satisfaction through excellent service
  • Maintaining inventory (receiving shipments from China, updating POS)
  • Managing phone calls and incoming correspondence (email, packages, etc.)
  • Preparing and participating in the trade show events
  • Following up on our custom-made jewelry orders in progress
  • Ensuring smooth operations of office/showroom
  • Liaising with other team members
  • Reporting to the Office Manager


  • Providing support with marketing activities (blog, photos, videos)
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of our brand
  • Identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
  • Assisting in the preparation of marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring our success
  • Assisting with market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, trends
  • Sharing best practices and marketing ideas and tactics with the team
  • Assisting in the analysis of market trends, customer behavior, and competition
  • Assisting in the collection and reporting on data
  • Posting blog content, photos and videos on social media platforms and websites
  • Assisting in the analysis of the website and social media metrics

Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking an employee to work with us full-time (with 3 months’ probation), at our office/showroom in Seattle, WA, commencing in September of 2022. The candidate must have:

  • Jewelry industry background
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proven successful experience running an office/showroom, ideally in a similar industry
  • Relevant and proven online and offline sales experience in a similar industry
  • Relevant and proven experience in traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Be a team player and self-starter
  • Willing to participate in trade show events on weekends (occasionally)
  • Work independently under minimal supervision
  • Degree in marketing, sales is advantageous
  • Attend 2-4 weeks training in Richmond, BC, Canada
