Custom-Made Order Process
Only four main steps to ordering custom designs
Request customization by completing and submitting the Custom-Made Products Order Form that includes a copyright disclosure agreement. Provide as much details and information as you can. You may also contact us online, by email or phone.
We will follow up on your request with questions for clarification and offer guidance about the design, size, weight, and metal finish to ensure the outcome design is what you envision. This may involve a few emails or phone conversations to ensure we understand what you want the final design to look like.
We create and email you a professional 3D design along with a detailed quote for your review and approval.

If you do not approve and wish to stop at this point, you will be required to pay an amount between CA $30-$50 depending on the complexity of the 3D design produced.
You approve and pay in full the total price of the custom made order. Upon receipt of your payment, we will process your order.
Please note that once the order is placed, under normal circumstances, delivery from the manufacture to our office takes between 3-4 weeks. During COVID-19 it can take up to 4-6 weeks. Delivery is dependent on the shipping courier’s schedule and shipping methods selected. When we receive the product from our factory, we will contact you to arrange the shipment to you.
When placing an order for custom design, you must agree in writing to accept full responsibility for any copyright violations. DIY Jewellery will not be responsible for any such claims against the company.
Custom designed orders are not returnable and non-refundable.
