Returns & Exchanges Policy
GOLD PRODUCTS
Gold products are NOT eligible for returns and exchanges.
Returns
Return an Unwanted Product
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If a product does not meet your expectations you can return the unused product in the original condition and packaging, within 14 days from the date of purchase, along with the original receipt.
Please contact us promptly before you ship the product and provide the details of the product and reason for your return. A Customer Service Representative will follow up with you.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
Return a Damaged/Defective Product
In a rare instance of this happening, if a product is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and within 14 days from the date of purchase. A Customer Service Representative will follow up with you.
Custom Made Products
Custom made products may not be returned for refund or exchange
under any circumstances.

Exchanges
Exchange an Incorrect Product Received
We are happy to accept exchanges when you are not satisfied with a product. If we shipped you the wrong product you can return the unused product in exchange for another product. Return the unused product in the original condition and packaging, within 14 days from the date of purchase, along with the original receipt.

If we ask you to return the product, we will gladly pay for shipping costs and provide you with a shipping label.
Exchange a Defective Product
In the event that a product is defective, please contact us immediately and within 14 days from the date of purchase before you ship the product and provide the details of the product defect. A Customer Service Representative will follow up with you and once the defective product is returned and inspected we will gladly ship you a replacement.
